We have multiple throttle tip-in settings for those wanting a faster, more responsive gas pedal, similar to stock, or even reduced tip-in (perfect for rock crawling or advanced off-roading!)
Custom upshift and downshift points along with torque converter locking/unlocking calibrated to the clients needs. Shift points are also matched to place the next upshift gear in the best location for the Torque Curve.
The tune provides a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque. Most notably, the Overland Torque Tune makes torque specifically in the low and mid-range, where you need it most for daily driving as well as off-roading.
We can set the Electronically Controlled Transmission (ECT) or TOW/HAUL button to hold gears longer and change throttle tip-in to greatly improve towing performance. This will also keep your vehicle from constantly shifting between gears while under load.
We map the adjustable cam system for the best combination of low and mid range torque and power, while providing good fuel economy and maintaining emissions at stock levels.
The Overland Torque Tune (OTT) is Octane Learning. The ECU has the ability to advance or retard ignition timing as it sees fit based on the quality of fuel currently being used.
This means you can safely fill up 87-93 octane and switch fuels at your leisure with no need to adjust the tune.
